Here's what we'll take care of:

Pitching

Is hitting send making your palms sweat? We got you!

We'll send your speaker pitches (you can even give us hints on customizations to make for each speaker) and follow-up with each speaker up to one time, as needed.

Content Snare Setup

Content Snare is our go-to tool for collecting speaker information and automating the necessary follow-up. We'll set up forms to collect basic information and presentations, set up your follow-up emails, and create your automated follow-up schedule. We can even set up Zapier to send your responses straight to your Airtable base!

Presentation Page Setup

We'll customize our presentation page template based on your summit branding and, after getting your approval, create each speaker page as presentations are submitted. A HUGE time saver!  (Availability is dependent on your tech platform.)

All-Access Pass Setup

Uploading presentations and bonuses to your all-access pass is time-consuming! After you've done the core setup of your all-access pass, we'll upload the presentations and bonuses for you as they're submitted.

Speaker Material Reviews

As your speaker material is submitted, we'll review it to ensure videos play and meet your requirements, that links work, and that you'll have everything you need ready to go. We'll follow-up with each speaker up to one time, as needed.

Website Finishing Touches

As your speaker submit their headshots, presentation titles, bios, and bonuses, we'll upload that information to your Registration Page, All-Access Pass Sales Page, Schedule Page, and Meet the Speakers Page.

Reminder Emails

Even with pre-recorded presentations, it's good to give speakers a heads-up that their presentations are going live. That way they know to be there in the chat, engage in the Facebook group, or do one more promo on social media. We'll schedule a reminder email for each speaker to go out the morning that their presentation goes live.

Frequently Asked Questions

We will review your application to ensure that we can meet your timeline as well as answer any questions you have.

If it all looks good, we'll send over the contract, invoice, and scheduling link to make it official.

After that information comes through, we'll send you a Welcome Packet walking through everything we need from you and how you can provide it.

After that, you can sit back and let us do all the heavy lifting with your summit speakers!

No problem! Let us know how many speakers you have in your application and we'll provide a custom quote.

While we'll take care of the bulk of the work for you, these packages do not include inbox management, speaker update emails, or live event support.

Great question! Having everything we need from you at least 1 week prior to our scheduled start date is vital to being able to complete everything we've promised in a timely fashion.

Here's what we'll need from you:

  • Speaker management spreadsheet: We'll need access to your Airtable base containing the details of who is speaking or who we'll be pitching.
  • Tech login: We'll need to be able to login to your Content Snare account, summit website, and course platform. If we're pitching, we'll need to be able to login to your inbox.
  • Website pages created: This isn't required in advance, but by the time we need to upload speaker material to your website pages, those will need to be set up and ready to go. If you're on Kajabi, we can handle this for you in our Kajabi Setup Package!

Don't worry, we'll send over a handy checklist of everything we need so you don't need to keep track of it all.

There is! You are welcome to split your payment in two for no additional fee. The first half is due upon booking with the second payment due 30 days later.

We only offer speaker management packages to current clients and students.
