When I decided to host my first virtual summit I spent weeks doing nothing but researching the process.

We will review your application to ensure that we can meet your timeline and use your tech platform as well as answer any questions you have.

If it all looks good, we'll send over the contract, invoice, and scheduling link to make it official.

After that information comes through, we'll send you a Welcome Packet walking through everything we need from you and how you can provide it.

After that, you can sit back and let us do all the heavy lifting with your summit website!

We will install all of our summit-specific page templates on your WordPress or Kajabi website.

This is not a comprehensive tech setup package - after all, we do it in a day! Here are the types of things that will be left for you or a team member:

  • Duplicating the presentation page template we make and filling in the content for each speaker
  • Add presentations and bonuses to your all-access pass
  • Setting up email sequences and automations
  • Customizing pages other than the ones we've listed
  • All copywriting (including the pages we take care of, with the help of our copy templates)

Great question! Having everything we need from you at least 2 days prior to our VIP Day is vital to being able to complete everything we've promised in a day.

What we need from you includes:

  • Copy: We need your final copy to input into the pages we'll be building out for you. But don't worry, we'll provide copy templates to make it easy!
  • Brand information: Logo, fonts, colors
  • Headshots: Host + speaker headshots
  • Photos: Stock or brand photos along with an icons you'd like used
  • Platform access: Access to all platforms we'll be customizing or integrating 
  • Availability to answer questions via Slack on your VIP Day

Don't worry, we'll send over a handy checklist of everything we need so you don't need to keep track of it all.

For the website itself, we will only use WordPress with Beaver Builder (preferred) or Elementor and Kajabi.

Other platforms (ex: affiliate tracking, cart, course-hosting, email marketing) are flexible based on what you already use.

No worries! I can help you identify the best option, let you take care of the initial setup, and we'll take it from there.

You are welcome to split your payment into two for no additional fee. The full amount must be paid in full at least 2 days prior to your VIP Day.

If you have our full Summit in a Box program, you do get a discount since you already have access to our website and copy templates.
