When we launched Challenges That Make Bank in January 2024, it was our first new course since launching Summit in a Box® in 2020. That's four years with just one core offer. And you know what? We kept making high six figures annually during that time.
The Challenges That Make Bank launch brought in $60,000 through a simple webinar and email sequence. Those results were incredible, but the work that went into creating that course? I absolutely underestimated it. I did a pre-launch where the first couple modules were available, then promised a new module every two weeks. Sticking to that timeline was brutal.
I do not want to do that again for a very long time.
The constant "create and launch" cycle creates multiple problems:
Most course creators simply don't know what to do to keep sales coming in for their existing offers after that initial launch excitement wears off.
